This 1983 home video captures the Banuelos family having fun at the Six Flags AstroWorld amusement park in Houston. In between rides like Alpine Sleighs and Texas Cyclone, members enjoy carnival games and a round of miniature golf. AstroWorld opened in 1968 as part of the Astrodomain, a development complex owned by former Houston Mayor Roy Hofheinz. Six Flags purchased the park in 1975, operating it until its closure in 2005.
