Directed and edited by John S. Thompson for the Dallas-based Jamieson Film Company, this 1960s training film is part of a series about the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. While other films in the series presumably introduce the viewer to particular departments, this training film outlines the organization of the company, from its departmental structure to the chain of command. While company was headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, at the time of this film, it now resides in Dallas.
