Presented by the American Land Title Association and produced by the Jamieson Film Company, this animated film promotes the benefits to property owners of securing title insurance to protect their real estate investments. Couched in a history of human’s relationship with land, the film presents some of the pitfalls that imperfections in the chain of title can bring upon an unwitting landowner and how title insurance can help deflect these perils.
