This home movie captures scenes of the Cochran’s trip to Mexico for the Lions Club Convention in 1954. Frankie Lee Cochran, who was heavily involved in the Odessa Lions Club, took part in the convention. The Cochrans first visit the Mexican countryside, then explore downtown Mexico City. Afterward, the elaborate parade begins with many traditional Mexican costumes, as well as floats representing various international chapters of the Lions Club, including the Texas Lions Club and Lionettes.
