This home movie captures a series of drag races at the Green Valley Raceway in North Richland Hills, a suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, in November 1966. Spectators enjoy races between stock cars and dragsters, as well as the spectacle of a pickup truck popping wheelies in reverse. Green Valley opened three years earlier in 1963. Its 1.6-mile racecourse was used for Trans-Am Series and SCCA races while its start-finish straight doubled as a drag strip. The track closed in 1984.
