This home movie features silent footage shot by Philip Bursley of hot air balloons, airplanes, and helicopters flying over and landing in El Paso in the late 1970s. The airport seen in the footage is the Horizon Airport, formerly known as the West Texas Airport, in Horizon City. In the film, skydivers prepare hot air balloons for flight. Others watch planes and helicopters fly over and land at the airport.
