This home movie captures scenes of February 19, 1983, when the Ku Klux Klan marched to the Texas State Capitol Building in Austin. After the Austin City Council made the controversial decision giving the KKK permission to march in downtown Austin, concerned citizens responded with a peaceful march against the Klan. Seen in this film are images of the Austin Police Department coming out in force in response to those protesting the KKK.
