Presented by the Historical Research Foundation, The Texas Revolution is a 1969 educational film about the state’s fight for independence. Part III, War and Freedom, focuses on the final moments of the rebellion in March and April 1836. Using illustrations and historical artifacts, the film chronicles events from the Battle of the Alamo to the formation of the Republic of Texas with the Treaties of Velasco.
