This home movie captures two young children as they parade down Main Street during the Smithville Jamboree. Instead of merely walking down the street, the children parade in style, showcasing their Radio Flyer train wagons. Other Smithville residents march, wearing elaborate costumes, perhaps in the hope of winning the best costume contest. The film ends with scenes in a sunny backyard.
