This home movie captures the Moore family on the morning of February 12, 1960, when several inches of snow hit their Galveston neighborhood. Typical activities are shown by both children and parents, including snowball fights, building snowmen, and introducing babies and pets to a Winter wonderland. The latter had mixed results. Later in the year, the family dresses its best for Easter Sunday, which is spent partially in the backyard searching for eggs and partially at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church for Mass.
