This home movie features Michael Moore, David’s youngest son, firing off a version of bang snappers in the front of the house before other members of the extended family arrive for a New Year’s Eve party. Later in the evening, dozens of people enter the living room as it transforms into a small dance floor. As the countdown to midnight commences, one of the younger men breaks the streamers holding back countless balloons, and the children begin setting off party poppers and cracking confetti eggs over anyone in sight. The party comes to a gradual end with dancing and families sitting anywhere they can in exhaustion.
