This home movie segment, likely shot in the 1960s, captures a Cochran family vacation to a number of sites around Texas. First, they walk along the deck of the Battleship Texas, stationed along the Houston Ship Channel. While in La Porte, the Cochrans also spend a relaxing afternoon at the beach. Later, the family ventures inland for a stop at the LBJ Ranch in Stonewall and a drive through Johnson City.
