Produced by the Federal Housing Administration (1934-1939), this film illustrates the possibility of an average American citizen to own his/her own home -- even in the midst of the Depression Era. The film features examples of such affordable housing in Texas, Arkansas, Florida and New York. Further, it assists viewers by explaining the differences between renting and owning, pros and cons.
