  •  The A. P. Burks Museum on north Highway 16 in Comanche, which operated into the 1970s. The museum was privately owned, and the collection was sold off upon the Burks's deaths. Many of the pieces had been lent to the Burkses by local families, but were sold to collectors instead of being returned to their owners. The principal remnant of the collection was Comanche County's first courthouse,a log-cabin structure dating to 1854. It now stands on the southeast corner of the courthouse square in Comanche.

This compilation of home movies of the Dale Baker family offers a look at family life in late 1950s and early 60s Austin. Family outings to local landmarks such as Deep Eddy, House Park Field, Palmer Auditorium, and Mueller Airport are featured along with the Lyndon Johnson's ranch in Stonewall. Owner of Dale Baker's BBQ on Lake Austin Boulevard from 1952 to 1975, Baker and family catered many barbecues at the LBJ Ranch during the 1960s, and footage from these events includes such notable personalities as former Mexican president Adolfo Mateos, CBS television reporter Walter Cronkite, and country music performer Eddy Arnold.

Index cards containing details of the film contents were stored inside the film can.
