This promotional film was created less than a year after the television launch of Lubbock's ABC affiliate, KSEL (UHF channel 28) to publicize its meteoric success in the Lubbock market. Station head Bill McAllister explains KSEL's broadcast strategy, which began with radio and built to television. Other personalities highlight a sampling of the current programming and news coverage of noteworthy events. Also included are ads for local businesses JW Chapman & Sons Realtors, Womble Oldsmobile, and Margaret's Women's Clothing Specialty Store.
