On the night of May 11, 1970, an F5 tornado touched down in Lubbock near the Texas Tech University Campus. Its northeast track took it through the heart of the downtown area, destroying inner city residential and commercial neighborhoods. This home movie, filmed from a car window, documents the devastation to the area. Also on the reel is family footage and a Little League baseball game.
