Dispatch: May 2013

This month, Abilene’s Paramount Theatre hosted the Texas Film Round-Up.  Over 400 films and videos were collected for the free digitization program over the two-day program which coincided with screenings of the Texas film classic Bonnie and Clyde. Materials from the Abilene Christian University Library and the Abilene Public Library are already available for viewing on, and more films of the Abilene area will be added after digitization and cataloging are complete. You can read press coverage of the Abilene Texas Film Round-Up here:
