This June, the Texas Archive of the Moving Image partners with the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and the Archival Education and Research Institute to screen films in Waco and Austin.
Tales of the Texas Rangers: The Texas Department of Public Safety & the Texas Rangers on Screen

The Texas Archive joins the Texas Ranger Reunion festivities with a screening of films relating to the Texas Rangers and the Texas Department of Public Safety at the
Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum in Waco. The screening will include home movies from Col. Homer Garrison, Jr., training videos and educational films created by the Texas Department of Public Safety, television representations of the Rangers, and footage of Hall of Famers Robert A. Crowder and MT “Lone Wolf” Gonzaulles. This screening is free with museum admission and is offered in partnership with the
Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum and the
Texas Film Commission.
Archival Films of Austin at the Opening Reception of the 2013 Archival Education & Research Institute
