This short film has all the trappings of a classic western of the silent screen: cowboys, Can-Can girls, a bar room brawl, and a shootout in the street. The film was made by students at Glen Rose Junior High School during the 1973 - 74 school year. Students created every aspect of the film, from writing the screenplay and creating the sets, to acting in the final production. The finished product was shown at a Community Service Organization meeting of parents and teachers. The musical accompaniment was provided by senior Bobby West, who played rinky-tink music on the piano with appropriate sound effects and dramatic phrasing. Unfortunately the intertitle cards are difficult to read.
