In November of 1991, voters statewide approved the formation of the Texas Lottery as a means of generating revenue for the state of Texas. The following year, the Texas Lottery awarded a contract to Austin firm GSD&M for all advertising services. This footage features an advertisement for the discontinued scratch game, "Yellow Rose of Texas".
