In this home movie footage of the 1979 Montgomery County Cook-off held in Conroe, the filmmaker follows the judges on their route to each contestant's booth, and at the end of the film, documents a "shootout." The Frick Collection was donated to TAMI by John Frick and includes home movies of family Christmases, camping trips, and outings in Houston, as well as trips to local Texas events, including the Belton Parade, Howdy Roo Chili Cookoff, Mosquito Festival, Texas Renaissance Fair, Montgomery County Cookoff, Texas Girl Chili Cookoff, and the Westheimer Art Festival.
