The University of Texas Longhorn Band performs in a Peruvian city square surrounded by stunning architecture during a trip of the Texas Partners of the Alliance. In between performances, band members enjoy a visit to a local museum. Texas Partners of the Alliance falls under the umbrella of the Alliance for Progress organization, which partners various states in the U.S. with republics of Latin America in an effort to encourage economic cooperation and cultural exchanges.
